Dear Voters,
My name is George Mogiljansky, I am the candidate of the People's Party of Canada in the new federal electoral district named Les Pays d'en-Haut.
I was born and raised in Montreal, the son of refugees from Russia after the Second World War. Retired medical technologist for three years, I moved to Sainte-Adèle in 2020 in order to share my life with a charming Adèloise.

Today, free trade between Canada and the United States seems to be under threat. Our chef Maxime wants to negotiate with Donald without resorting to tariffs! He also has a strong sense of belonging to the whole of our country, which I don't see any other leader having!
Our unique political program (https://tinyurl.com/PPCCda ) supports tax measures that may also be of interest to the provinces, here is a brief overview :
1. Ottawa will abandon its goods and services tax (GST) and let the provincial and territorial governments occupy this tax space. In 2024-2025, the GST is expected to generate revenues of approximately $52 billion, the same amount transferred by Ottawa for health financing.
2. Will change the Bank of Canada's inflation target from 2% to 0%. This will curb inflation in all sectors, including housing. We respect the housing responsibilities of local and provincial governments.
3. Reduction in capital gain taxes from 50% to 0%.
4. Reduce the size of the state, balance the budget, and then reduce taxes, eliminate business subsidies.
5. Gradually abolish supply management in order to allow milk, egg and poultry producers to sell their products abroad.
6. Will focus Canadian international assistance exclusively on emergency humanitarian action.
7. Reject climate alarmism and focus on concrete improvements such as family vehicles and heavy trucks powered by hydrogen.
8. Affirm federal jurisdiction over pipelines.
9. Equalization: A new formula empowers provincial governments.
10. Eliminate barriers to interprovincial trade.
With regard to social policy, we propose:
Inoculation: Guarantee the freedom of Canadians to make decisions based on informed consent.
∙Strengthen the right to self-defense and the inviolability of the home.
∙Firearms: Respect legitimate owners and target criminals.
∙Ensure that Canadians can fully exercise their freedom of conscience in accordance with the Charter; no EDI and no restrictions on freedom of expression.
∙Gender ideology: criminalize the mutilation of minors, protect women's spaces, remove pornography from libraries.
Immigration: imposing a moratorium and deporting illegals and others who have obtained their status on the basis of false declarations or who have committed crimes.
∙Repeal the multiculturalism Act.
∙To table the bill on the protection of unborn children; the deputies of the PPC will be free to vote on the issue according to their conscience.

Mon nom est George Mogiljansky, je suis le candidat du Parti Populaire du Canada dans la circonscription nouvelle fédérale nommée Les Pays d’en-Haut.

Aujourd’hui le libre-échange entre le Canada et les États-Unis semblent menacés. Notre chef Maxime veut négocier avec Donald sans recourir aux tarifs ! Il a aussi un fort sentiment d’appartenance à l’ensemble de notre pays, ce que je ne vois chez aucun autre leader avoir !
Notre programme politique unique (https://tinyurl.com/PPCCda) soutient des mesures fiscales qui pourraient également intéresser les provinces, voici un bref aperçu :
1. Ottawa abandonnera sa taxe sur les produits et services (TPS) et laissera les gouvernements provinciaux et territoriaux occuper cet espace fiscal. En 2024-2025, la TPS devrait générer des revenus d’environ 52 milliards de dollars, le même montant transféré par Ottawa pour le financement de la santé.
2. Modifiera la cible d’inflation de la Banque du Canada, de 2 % à 0 %. Cela freinera l’inflation dans tous les secteurs, y compris le logement. Nous respectons les responsabilités des gouvernements locaux et provinciaux en matière de logement.
3. Réduction des impôts sur le gain en capital de 50 % à 0 %.
4. Réduire la taille de l’État, équilibrer le budget, puis réduire les impôts, éliminer les subventions aux entreprises.

7. Rejeter l’alarmisme climatique et se concentrer sur des améliorations concrètes comme les véhicules familiales et camions lourds alimentés par l’hydrogène.
8. Affirmer la compétence fédérale en matière de pipelines.
9. Péréquation : une nouvelle formule responsabilise les gouvernements provinciaux.
10. Éliminer les barrières au commerce interprovincial.
En ce qui concerne la politique sociale, nous proposons:
Inoculation : garantir la liberté des Canadiens de prendre des décisions fondées sur un consentement éclairé.
∙Renforcer le droit à la légitime défense et l’inviolabilité du domicile.
∙Armes à Feu : respecter les propriétaires légitimes et cibler les criminels.
∙Veiller à ce que les Canadiens puissent exercer pleinement leur liberté de conscience
conformément à la Charte; pas d’EDI et pas de restrictions à la liberté d’expression.
∙Idéologie de genre : criminaliser la mutilation des mineurs, protéger les espaces féminins, retirer la pornographie des bibliothèques.
Immigration : imposer un moratoire et déporter les clandestins et autres qui ont obtenu leur statut sur la base de fausses déclarations ou qui ont commis des crimes.
∙Abroger la loi sur le multiculturalisme.
∙Déposer le projet de loi sur la protection des enfants à naître; les députés du PPC seront libres de voter sur la question selon leur conscience.
